We only collect what we need to handle your booking and give you a good experience. Here's what, why and for how long.

When you send a booking enquiry, for example for our Christmas buffet, we receive your name, phone number, email address, company or club if given, preferred date, number of guests and anything you write about dietary needs, allergies or other wishes.
We only use information about allergies and dietary needs to prepare safe food for your party. Please give numbers and type, such as “2 gluten-free”, without naming the person.
To handle your enquiry, confirm the booking, contact you before your visit and send an invoice if you want one. The legal basis is that we need it to enter into and fulfil the agreement about your booking.
Booking details are deleted no later than 12 months after your visit. If you receive an invoice, it is kept for seven years as required by Swedish accounting law.
Only the Trilogin staff who handle bookings. We use an email service to receive enquiries; it processes the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We never sell your data.
The website uses the Google Ads tag to measure how our ads perform. It may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. Email info@trilogin.se and we'll help. If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
